🚀 Common Permission Issues & Fixes
1. Access Denied
Ensure you are logged into your browser with your Makita Microsoft 365 account.
If using multiple accounts, sign out of personal accounts and retry.
If still blocked, raise a ticket with the IT Service Desk.
2. Missing Folders or Files
Check if the library has been shared with you.
Use the Search bar in SharePoint to locate missing items.
If the folder exists for colleagues but not for you, request access via the file owner.
3. Cannot Sync
Ensure you have Contribute or higher permissions in the library.
If you only have Read access, you cannot sync the library.
💡 Tips
Always use Microsoft Edge or Chrome for SharePoint access.
Use the Request Access option when prompted if you believe you should have rights.
The IT Service Desk can validate and escalate access requests to the site owner.
