This article explains how to check the status of your OneDrive sync to ensure your files are up to date.

🚀 Steps to Check Sync Status

Look for the OneDrive cloud icon in the Windows taskbar (bottom right corner).
- White/blue cloud = OneDrive is signed in.
- Grey cloud = OneDrive not signed in.
Hover your mouse over the cloud icon.
- Tick icon → Files are synced and up to date.
- Circular arrows → Sync is in progress.
- Red X → Sync issue, files not uploaded.
Right-click the icon and select View online or Settings for more details.

💡 Tips & Troubleshooting

If the icon is missing, restart your computer or search for OneDrive in the Start menu.
Check you’re logged in with your Makita Microsoft 365 account.
If issues persist, contact the IT Service Desk.
