  2. The total size of the applications that will download is around 1GB (1024MB) so you must be connected to WiFi or the iPad will not pull down the applications
  3. When the policy comes down and the iPad requests an iTunes password enter in M@k1ta31 and the applications will download from the Apple App Store
  4. After some time, the applications will be downloaded to your device

  3. When it asks for your username, you'll enter in your full Makita Australia email address; such as [email protected] then enter in the password that you use to access the Intranet.
    1. If you receive an error message stating that your account or password is wrong or unrecognized, please contact IT&T and we'll sort that out for you
  4. Once you've logged into the Office 365 application, you're now able to move onto connecting OneDrive

Connecting OneDrive to your iPad
  1.  One of the applications that was download was OneDrive - this is the cloud storage application that we're going to use to store all of your documents
  2. Open the application and sign in like you did with the other Office 365 applications
  3. When you're in, it will show you the contents of your OneDrive

Organising your OneDrive

  2. Create folders in whichever way you want and organize them how they'll work best for you

  6. The spreadsheet will now be open in Excel

 Saving the document to OneDrive
  1.  Now that the document has been converted to the right format and is open in the new application, we need to save it to your OneDrive
  2. At the top of the screen, you'll see a notification bar telling you that the document is Read-Only and that it'll need to be duplicated in order to be used
  3. Tap Duplicate and then select the path you want to save the document in, like you would on a desktop
  4. Choose it's name and location, then tap Duplicate at the top right
  5. You've now saved that document to the Spreadsheets folder in your OneDrive
  6. You can check this by going back to the OneDrive application, navigating to the location that you saved to and seeing the file displayed there
