After creating your document within any of the Office 365 applications; Word, Excel or PowerPoint - you'll want to send it to someone within or outside of the company. To do this; follow the below instructions.
Whilst in the PowerPoint, tap the Sharing icon in the top right |

From the Sharing menu, select Copy Link – this will result in you having a hyperlink that you can send to whomever you’d like to see the document you’ve created |

You’ve got the choice of whether or not the recipient of the link can edit or not – if you’re sending it as a finished document, select View Only |

The application will be communicating with the Office 365 servers to give you a link, once this process is complete, the progress box disappears |

Start a new email or text and paste the link into the message |
|
When the recipient then clicks on this link, their PowerPoint will take over, connect to the Office 365 servers and display the document to them with the rights you gave them (ability to edit or not) |

That user now has the document |
