Adding the Fax Machine to your Computer
You have the ability to add the fax machine service to your computer - please follow the below steps;
| Open File Explorer and navigate to \\SYD-SRV-PRINT\ |

| Double click on the printer named Makita Fax - a window will appear saying that it is Looking for and Downloading a driver |

| Once the driver has been found and loaded, the queue windows is shown | |
| At this point, it now means that your computer is connected to this printer. To test the connection, go to any application and print a document - make sure to select Makita Fax as the destination however | |
| After you click print, the Send Fax dialogue box appears. Enter in the details required and click OK - this will then send the file to the fax server and then to the phone number you've provided. | |
