How to enter in an End User Call within RepConnect

There has been some feedback in regards to end user calls and how to log them, this will go through and show you how.


From the Activity type menu, select End User Call

Enter in the details for the call, i.e. Start Time.

At the moment, we don’t have a way of recording the contact information of your End User Calls. We’re working on this and expect it to come shortly, so for now; just enter in the details as text

 

The application will show you as checked in at an End User Call

When you’ve finished, tap I’ve Left like normal and you’re good to go!


If you could follow these instructions, you should be able to log your end user calls without issue.
